The function of filing a complaint with the prosecutorial authorities of the Russian Federation appeared on Tuesday on the unified portal of public services, Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation Igor Krasnov said on Wednesday in the Federation Council.
Krasnov clarified that you can also contact the prosecutor’s office through the department’s website or mobile application for a smartphone.
“Currently, I don’t see any problems with communication between people and prosecutors – they can send appeals to us from both small settlements and big cities,” added the Prosecutor General.
Also on Wednesday, Krasnov announced that he had signed a plan to introduce and use technical artificial intelligence and neural networks for the work of the prosecutor. Neural networks will be used for analytical work, forecasting the growth of crime in certain regions, analyzing bills and other documents. But there is no talk of replacing a person.
