In St. Petersburg, 38 percent of HR managers believe that applicants need to indicate all hobbies and hobbies in their resumes, 26 percent prefer to see only those that correspond to their specialty, 24 percent consider this information unnecessary, reports the SuperJob press service.

Four percent of recruiters reported cases where a hobby was the reason a candidate was denied employment. Judging by the comments, applicants who are fond of extreme sports were most often rejected due to the risk of injury and long periods of sick leave.

Previously, the St. Petersburg Diary reported that most often employers are checked before an interview by analysts, purchasing managers and lawyers, and least often by nurses, teachers and salespeople.
