The price increase was 8%
Avtodor has changed fares for travel on a number of Russian toll highways. According to official data, the average fare will increase by 8%. This decision was made due to increasing inflation. In some areas the tariff increase will be 25%.
A particularly significant increase in fares was introduced on sections of the M-3 highway in the Kaluga region, where prices increased from 200 to 250 rubles on weekdays (by 25%) and 310 rubles on weekends. On the M-4 Don highway, prices increased by 6-20%, depending on the region. Now a trip from Moscow to Krasnodar will cost from 3.6 to 4.7 thousand rubles, depending on the day of the week and the availability of a transponder. On the Central Ring Road, prices increased by 14-15%.
As for the M-12 “East” highway, in some sections fares have decreased slightly, but on the Moscow – Elektrougli section prices have increased by 7% to 139 rubles. In general, the total cost of traveling along this route remained at the same level. Avtodor also announced a double bonus for those who often use this route, which can later be exchanged for a 15% discount. It is also planned to introduce subscriptions.
The company recalled that the funds collected from tariffs will be used for road maintenance and repair, as well as for return on investment.
