The day before, a hangar caught fire near the location of the Joint Group of Troops (Forces) in the North Caucasus region. By decision of the commander of the group, Lieutenant General Vladimir Makeev, the forces and means of the departmental fire department as part of the regular fire crew of the support battalion were sent to assist in extinguishing the fire.
Two fire crews from the United Group of Troops (Forces) in the North Caucasus, raised by alarm, promptly arrived at the scene and began extinguishing the fire.
Thanks to the professional actions of specialists from the departmental fire department of the Russian Guard and other law enforcement agencies, the fire was extinguished and there were no casualties.
