The Central District Court established the fact of permanent residence in a residential building located in a flood zone (emergency zone). This is happening for the first time in the region. Thus, the residents of a house located in the Berezka SNT in Ovchinny Town went to court. The application was considered by the court under simplified proceedings.
The decision was brought into immediate execution for the possibility of receiving one-time material assistance and financial assistance for the loss of essential property, the press service of the court reported.
What is needed to establish the legal fact of residence in a house?
It is necessary to provide any evidence confirming permanent residence in an apartment or house: receipts for payment of utilities, witness statements, sales or rental agreements, postal correspondence, certificates from work, school, preschool, etc.
The application is submitted to the appropriate court at the place of residence in respect of which the Orenburg resident asks to establish the fact of residence. A sample application can be found here.
