A residential quarter with public and business buildings will appear in Fili-Davydkovo according to the city program

The investor, determined based on the results of the auction, will build a residential quarter with public and business development in the west of the capital under the integrated territorial development program (CTD). This was announced by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for urban planning policy and construction, Vladimir Efimov.

“A record number of companies — 16 — took part in the auction for the right to comprehensive development of the territory near the Minskaya transport hub station. The winner was Development and Retail Group LLC. The investor will be able to build a block with modern housing and public and business facilities with a total area of ​​300 thousand square meters on a plot of 7.94 hectares. Investments in the implementation of the project will amount to almost 100 billion rubles, and the annual budgetary effect will be about two billion rubles. As a result, at least four thousand jobs will be created,” noted Vladimir Efimov.

He added that the final auction price during the competition increased by more than 3.5 times and amounted to 26.67 billion rubles.

“The site on Starovolynskaya Street became the first site sold at auction as part of the comprehensive development of undeveloped areas. In the near future, the city will conclude an agreement with the winning bidder on the comprehensive development of the site. In addition to housing, it is planned to build public and business facilities with an area of ​​150 thousand square meters – shopping and office centers, markets, bank branches, sports facilities,” said Maxim Gaman, Minister of the Moscow Government, Head of the Moscow City Property Department.

Companies from Moscow, Yekaterinburg and Krasnodar took part in the auction.

As noted by the head of the capital’s Department for Competition Policy, Kirill Purtov, as the main requirement for admission to participation in the auction, investors had to confirm experience in the construction of capital construction projects with a total area of ​​at least 30 thousand square meters over the past five years.

According to the program of integrated development of territories, multifunctional city neighborhoods are created, where roads, comfortable housing and all the necessary infrastructure are designed on the site of former industrial zones and inefficiently used areas. Currently in Moscow there are 228 KRT projects at various stages of implementation with a total area of ​​about 2.7 thousand hectares. The projects are being developed on behalf of Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin.
