The career guidance forum “Open Doors Week” continues its work. At its sites, schoolchildren are introduced not only to universities, but also to enterprises in the region where young specialists will be able to work after training. So, at the site of an oil refinery, “yesterday’s” students talk about the work of the enterprise – today they are already promising employees. Today, for motivation, they create comfortable conditions and opportunities for professional growth.

Kirill Vorotilin, schoolboy:
– I liked it very much. They told me how to get a job, where to study, what courses to take. They were practically on our wavelength, on the young one. They told how they go to events in teams: airsoft, paintball, ax throwing.

Anna Sirotkina, acting Deputy General Director for Personnel and Social Programs of PJSC SLAVNEFT-YANOS:
– Today, the public joint stock company Slavneft-Yaroslavnefteorgsintez offers young specialists a job in a modern automated production facility, where the best conditions for personal growth and well-being have been created. Our plant provides young people with opportunities to learn, develop and improve their professional skills and competencies.
