Vandals from a computer club destroyed the grave of Mikhail Gorshenev in St. Petersburg. They painted swastikas on Pot’s portraits, scattered flowers and broke slabs with lamps. Fans of the punk band created a petition. With an appeal to the city authorities to prevent the desecration of the musician’s grave.

It is not known how vandals get to the burial site.

“Thousands of people from all over the country and all over the world visit the Bogoslovskoe cemetery every day to pay tribute to the memory of the legend – Mikhail Yuryevich Gorshenev. His work played an important role in the lives of each of us. But every day we are faced with terrible manifestations of disrespect for his memory – vandalism, robbery and even a swastika on the portrait,” the petition says.

Fans are asking for video surveillance and regular patrols. This will protect the grave of Mikhail Gorshenev from vandals.

The petition is posted on change.org. More than 1,700 people have already left their signatures on the petition.
