In the Tula region, a man was fined for defamatory comments. This was reported by the telegram channel “Tula. Extremism”.

According to the source, a 49-year-old resident of the Arsenyevsky village wrote comments on social networks in which he discredited the Russian Armed Forces.

The man was found guilty under the article “Public actions aimed at discrediting the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in order to protect the interests of the Russian Federation and its citizens, maintain international peace and security, or the exercise by government bodies of the Russian Federation of their powers for these purposes, the provision of volunteer units, organizations or persons assisting in the performance of tasks assigned to the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation or the troops of the National Guard of the Russian Federation.”

Tuljak admitted guilt. He was given a fine of 30 thousand rubles.
