We discussed the readiness of all services to hold ceremonial events. It is noted that due to the current “yellow” level of terrorist threat, mass celebrations will not be held in the regional center. The “Immortal Regiment” event will take place online on May 9.

District administrations organize staff on duty who are ready, upon receiving information about threats of terrorist or extremist activity, to immediately transmit information to law enforcement agencies. Particular attention will be paid to public transport. Its salons will be constantly inspected for suspicious items. All important infrastructure facilities will be under special protection.

Repair teams have been formed to carry out urgent work to restore monuments related to the Great Patriotic War if it is discovered that extremist inscriptions have appeared on them. In Bryansk, restrictions have been introduced on the use of pyrotechnic products – fireworks, firecrackers, firecrackers, cold fire fountains.
