Moscow. 25th of April. INTERFAX – The capital’s Rosreestr registered about 3.5 million square meters of high-rise buildings for cadastral registration in the first quarter of 2024, the department’s press service reported.
“The total area of high-rise buildings recorded over three months reached 3.5 million square meters, including over 2 million square meters of living space. At the same time, 16 new buildings with a total area of 360.5 thousand square meters are houses listed on the cadastral accounting under the renovation program,” the message quotes the words of the head of the Rosreestr department for Moscow, Igor Maidanov.
As specified, information on the registration of 70 apartment buildings (MCD) has been entered into the Unified State Register of Real Estate (USRN). The largest number of recorded MKDs was in the Eastern Administrative District (14), followed by ZAO in second place (12), and the top three was completed by TiNAO and Southern Administrative District (9 each).
“In the Eastern District, out of 14 houses registered in January-March of this year, 8 MKDs were put on cadastral registration as part of the renovation program. In terms of the total area of houses in the first quarter of 2024, the North-Western District is the leader, where 7 MKDs were registered for 662.8 thousand. sq.m. The second and third places were shared by the Western (583.1 thousand sq.m.) and Southern (469.7 thousand sq.m.) administrative districts,” Maidanov added.
