Kaluga bailiffs once again remind citizens that the enforcement agency operates a service – a telephone service group, which is designed to improve the quality of interaction with residents of the region.
The “call center” of Kaluga bailiffs can be reached by calling two numbers – 8(4842) 73-29-12 and 54-24-69. By calling them, citizens can receive information on enforcement proceedings to the extent provided for in Article 6.1 of the Federal Law “On Enforcement Proceedings,” as well as explanations and comments based on the specific situation. If necessary, specialists will help residents of the region make a personal appointment with the desired official.
If a citizen is identified using personal data (passport series and number, place of birth, SNILS), you can obtain information on enforcement proceedings related to the receipt and distribution of funds, the imposition and lifting of seizure of property and money, the imposition and lifting of temporary restrictions.
Calls are accepted daily on weekdays: Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 18:00 and Friday from 9:00 to 16:45.
