INTERFAX – An investor has been identified for the redevelopment of the first site sold at auction as part of the integrated development of undeveloped territories (CRNT): a site on Starovolynskaya Street in the capital’s Fili-Davydkovo, the press service of the city property department (DGI) reported.

“The site on Starovolynskaya Street became the first site sold at auction as part of the integrated development of undeveloped territories. In the near future, the city will conclude an agreement with the winning bidder on the integrated development of the site. In addition to housing, it is planned to build public and business facilities with an area of ​​150 thousand sq.m. – shopping and office centers, markets, bank branches, sports facilities,” the message quotes the words of the head of the DGI Maxim Gaman.

It also clarifies that a record 16 companies from Moscow, Yekaterinburg and Krasnodar took part in the auction.

“The investor will be able to build a block with modern housing and public and business facilities with a total area of ​​300 thousand square meters on a plot of 7.94 hectares. Investments in the project will amount to almost 100 billion rubles, and the annual budget effect will be about 2 billion rubles. “as a result, at least 4 thousand jobs will be created,” said Vladimir Efimov, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Development Policy and Construction.

He added that the final auction price during the competition increased by more than 3.5 times and amounted to 26.67 billion rubles.

According to the head of the capital’s department for competition policy, Kirill Purtov, as the main requirement for admission to participation in it, investors had to confirm experience in the construction of capital construction projects with a total area of ​​at least 30 thousand square meters over the past five years.

Currently in Moscow there are 228 KRT projects at various stages of implementation with a total area of ​​about 2.7 thousand hectares. KRNT applies to land plots owned by the city, or those for which state ownership is not demarcated. At the same time, they must be free from the rights of third parties.
