200 young northerners will participate. The six best teams will go on a patriotic cultural and educational trip in 2024. The team that takes first place in August this year will go on an excursion trip to Salekhard.
To participate in the games you need to assemble a youth team of five people aged 14 to 17 years. Among them there should be three teenagers who are on preventive registration. Applications are accepted until April 29 via this link.
Interactive games will be held from May 1 to May 15 in two stages. The first will be a photo competition. Teams will need to take a parody photograph in the style of a fine art masterpiece. The second stage will be held in the format of an online quiz. Participants will learn about the cultural and national diversity of the peoples of Russia, traditions and characteristics of life in various regions of the country.
– Games are a unique opportunity for children to show their creative potential and learn a lot about the cultures of the peoples inhabiting Russia. It’s not for nothing that Rosmolodezh has provided grant support to games for the third time. Teams that perform best will be able to immerse themselves even more in the history and culture of our country,” said Elena Shustovskikh, event coordinator.
The games are aimed at educating young people about the possibility of harmonious interethnic and intercultural relations, strengthening tolerant consciousness, preventing the manifestation of xenophobia, extremism, terrorism, interethnic and social conflicts among young people.
