In the Zavodskoy district, work continues on Latvian Riflemen Street. In previous days, workers cut down local green vegetation, but today a two-story emergency building was demolished.

The city authorities plan to develop the existing space limited by the streets of MOPR, Latvian Strelki, Nekrasov and Shchepny Lane. The winner of the tender was the company “Specialized developer “ZHILSTROY-Invest”.

The project required the demolition of two dilapidated two-story buildings and five private houses. Some houses were built back in 1917. In their place, new multi-storey buildings will be built.
