--

This was announced by Governor Alexey Russkikh during a report on the work of the regional government for 2023 to deputies of the Legislative Assembly and representatives of the public.

The head of the region said that it was possible to move the solution to the problem of shareholders from a dead point. In three years, 21 long-term construction projects were completed. 1,387 people received apartments. In 2023, the rights of 108 families who became participants in the shared construction of three apartment buildings were restored.

− Funds for the restoration of the rights of shareholders are provided in full in the regional budget for 2024. I set the goal that in 2025 such a phenomenon as defrauded shareholders will become a thing of the past in our Ulyanovsk region, − stated the governor.

Work is currently underway to restore the rights of participants in shared construction of eight objects. They plan to hand over four apartment buildings from bankrupt developers Silen LLC on Krolyunitskogo Street, TD KPD-1 LLC on Marshal Ustinov Avenue, SK Atrium LLC on Krasnoarmeyskaya Street and in the Tsentralny microdistrict.

Compensation will be received by 1,543 shareholders who invested in the construction of the house of Tagayskaya Poultry Farm LLC in Krasnoarmeysky Lane, the Molodezhny residential complexes on Buinskaya Street and Leader on Rosa Luxemburg Street, as well as houses No. 42b and No. 42v on Stroiteley Street in Dimitrovgrad.
