Markings began to be applied on Omsk streets

In Omsk, specialists began applying markings on the streets. As Mayor Sergei Shelest reported on his Telegram channel, this year the municipality again signed a contract with a contractor who will mark the central streets with thermoplastic.

— This is a stronger and more durable coating that increases the visibility of markings, both during the day and at night, – noted the head of the city.

Work will begin tonight.

In total, this season the city authorities plan to apply 54.6 thousand square meters of plastic markings. In addition, as part of the warranty, contractors will restore last year’s markings on an area of ​​almost 40 thousand square meters. Schools have already begun to paint markings.
