Up to 4.4 million rubles will be spent to complete the renovation of the Chaika park in Voronezh

In Voronezh, they began searching for a contractor to complete the installation of a retaining wall in the Chaika park on Novosibirskaya Street. The work was valued at just over 4.4 million rubles.

The relevant auction documentation was published on the government services portal on Tuesday, April 23. The customer is the city environmental department, which is in charge of this public space in the Left Bank district.

Let us remind you that the reconstruction of the square began a year ago. The winner of the auction was ParkService LLC, with which they signed a municipal contract for 16.4 million rubles. The work was carried out within the framework of the national project “Housing and Urban Environment”.

The above-mentioned company needed to carry out a number of works, including building a retaining wall in a specially protected natural area of ​​local importance, which is the Chaika park. However, the contractor failed to fulfill his responsibilities.

As a result, the general director of ParkService LLC was fined for failure to complete the project on time administrative protocol. A month ago it became known that the manager was fined for 670 thousand rubles. Let us add that the contract with the company was terminated.

The winner of this auction will need to resurface the retaining wall, renew sidewalks, lay out lawns, install benches and trash cans, and plant shrubs. The contractor is given 92 working days from the date of conclusion of the contract to complete the work.

Applications for participation in the electronic auction will be accepted until May 7. It is planned to sum up the results of the tender after the long weekend dedicated to Victory Day – May 13.
