In Tver, the court will consider a petition for parole release of the ex-mayor of Yaroslavl

Evgeny Urlashov was convicted of bribery.

The Moskovsky District Court of Tver received a petition for the parole of ex-mayor of Yaroslavl Evgeny Urlashov. According to the court, the hearing is scheduled for May 22.

Urlashov was the mayor of Yaroslavl until 2017. He was sentenced to 12.5 years in a maximum security colony for bribery.
