An assessment point for selection for the “Time of Heroes” project will open in Vologda

The first candidates have already passed the online testing. Those who did not have time due to combat missions can do so at the points of remote assessment of selection participants. They will work in branches of the Presidential Academy. On May 15, registration for the assessment point in Vologda will open. Detailed information is available to participants in personal project accounts. Everyone can choose a convenient date and time to take the tests before the end of the year.

The project will help SVO participants realize themselves professionally. Candidates who have passed the selection will undergo training to work in state and municipal authorities, as well as in state-owned companies.

Vladislav has already passed the test and is now waiting for the results. The candidate believes that every fighter in a special military operation deserves the honor of continuing to work for the benefit of the Motherland in peacetime. “For me, the Time of Heroes Program is an excellent opportunity to realize myself not only as a military man, but also to make a difference as a public servant. I will be able to pass on my experience to the future generation,” Vladislav emphasized.

The man is confident that the program will give him an impetus for development that will allow him to grow in a variety of directions. As the serviceman shared, even before the start of the project, he wanted to enroll at RANEPA for correspondence studies, but a special military operation began, and these plans had to be postponed. And now he has a unique chance to realize his dream.

According to the selection participant, he had to visit different regions of our country, and he is ready to help improve the standard of living in the regions. He worked with government agencies at various levels. But, in his opinion, the knowledge that the Time of Heroes program will provide is necessary in order to adequately perform work in a new capacity.

Alexey Komissarov, rector of the Presidential Academy, general director of the ANO “Russia – Land of Opportunities” assured that all participants of the SVO will be able to join the “Time of Heroes” program.

The Time of Heroes project is a development program for participants in a special military operation. Its goal is to train highly qualified, competent leaders from among the SBO participants. The program involves training in modern management methods and technologies, teamwork, and personal development.

Let us note that the program is being implemented by the Higher School of Public Administration of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration on the basis of the Senezh Management Workshop on behalf of Vladimir Putin.
