Leading Tula companies shared information about their approach to personnel selection, highlighting key aspects when selecting young specialists.
According to the survey results, the highest priority among recruiters is the candidate’s personal qualities, including organization (67%). Work experience (42%) ranks second, while level of education is of interest to 39% of employers.
Among the additional selection criteria, the most important was software proficiency (56%), with internship experience being looked at by 27% of recruiters. Academic performance in educational institutions or knowledge of foreign languages also influence the choice of candidates. An equally important factor was motivation for achievement and the desire to develop (45%).
Organization (57%) stood out as a key personal quality of young professionals according to employers from Tula. Results orientation and desire to develop follow closely (45%), while the ability to work in a team is rated at 35%. The importance of leadership traits was noted by only 7% of employers, indicating a change in priorities in the requirements for young professionals.
