Moscow. 25th of April. INTERFAX – Housing, social and public-business facilities will be built in the Danilovsky district of the capital under the integrated territorial development project (CTD), Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said.
“Another modern, balanced city block will appear in the Danilovsky district. Comprehensive development awaits the area between Derbenevskaya embankment, Letnikovskaya and Kozhevnicheskaya streets – not far from the Paveletskaya metro station and Paveletsky station,” Sobyanin wrote in his Telegram channel on Thursday.
In addition to housing, social and public-business facilities will be built, including an educational complex with a school and kindergarten, an innovative educational college, a hotel with a sports and recreation complex, offices, bank branches, shops, cafes and restaurants.
“We will improve the site and carry out work to update the road network,” the mayor added.
The press service of the capital’s mayor’s office clarified that the urban planning potential of the reorganized territory is 257.8 thousand square meters. m of real estate, as a result of the project implementation, about 3.4 thousand jobs will be created.
Currently, 77 integrated territorial development projects have been approved and are being implemented in Moscow; as a result, over 196 thousand jobs will be created, the press service noted.
