Participants in the selection for the Time of Heroes Program who did not have the opportunity to undergo testing while on the front line can do so at branches of the Presidential Academy. Permanent remote assessment points for selection participants begin operating there. Since April 22, registration for testing has been conducted in Rostov-on-Don and Simferopol. On May 15, points will be added in 43 more cities, including Lipetsk.

Rector of the Presidential Academy, General Director of the ANO “Russia – Land of Opportunities” Alexey Komissarov assured that the opportunity to access the “Time of Heroes” program will be provided for all participants of the SVO: “Even at the start of the program, we said that we would do everything necessary to ensure the required conditions for our heroes’ access to the educational program. Taking into account the total number of applications, which exceeded 44 thousand, the creation of a wide network of testing centers was necessary. We hope that this will create additional convenience for our military personnel.”

Information about the addresses of assessment points and the procedure for registering for a set of assessment procedures is available to military personnel in their personal accounts. Soldiers can choose a convenient date, time and branch of the Presidential Academy to take the test. His methodology is objective and determines managerial potential, excluding the human factor of the assessor. Participants in the Leaders of Russia competition have been taking such tests for 7 years now. At the next stage, the fighters will receive training.

“I learned about the Time of Heroes Program from the address of the President of Russia to the Federal Assembly and immediately decided to participate. I am confident that my comrades and I can help our country achieve success not only on the battlefield, but also in peaceful life. We have experience in personnel management, experience in making decisions in stressful situations. We
We will justify the president’s trust,” emphasized Kirill, a participant in the selection.

According to the soldier, working with personnel reveals the managerial potential of each officer: “Since we have a multinational country, people of different nationalities and different religions come to our service. And here the commander plays a big role. It is necessary to set the task so that subordinates complete it, especially in combat situations; motivate your subordinate so that he trusts you and follows your orders unquestioningly. The greatest reward for a commander is gratitude from his subordinates, when they thank him for the successful completion of a combat mission and for saving their lives,” the soldier said.

“For me, the Time of Heroes program is an excellent opportunity to realize myself not only as a military man, but also to be useful as a civil servant,” says Vladislav, another participant in the selection. “I will be able to pass on my experience to the future generation.”

Vladislav expressed confidence that from participating in the Program he would receive an impetus for development that would allow him to grow in a variety of directions: “Even before the start of the Program, I wanted to enter the RANEPA for correspondence study, but a special military operation began and these plans were forced postpone. And now I have a unique chance.”

According to the selection participant, commanders who have passed the SVO acquire new management skills: “This is the ability to quickly find a solution, quickly and clearly assign tasks to personnel. After all, your life and the lives of your comrades depend on the speed of making the right decision.”

Let us remind you that “Time of Heroes” is a development program for participants of a special
military operation. It is being implemented on behalf of Russian President Vladimir Putin by the Higher School of Public Administration of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration on the basis of the Senezh Management Workshop. The goal of the program is to prepare highly qualified, competent managers from among the SVO participants for subsequent work in state and municipal authorities, as well as in state-owned companies.

Fighters will be able to undergo testing at assessment points until the end of 2024.
