The selection of military personnel to build a future career in the civil service continues.

The “Time of Heroes” program has begun to operate in Russia, within the framework of which participants and veterans of the Northern Military District will be selected to build a career in the public service.

At this stage, the first participants of the program passed an online test to determine their managerial potential. A test similar to that taken by participants in the “Leaders of Russia” competition was used.

Also, very soon, testing points will open in branches of the Presidential Academy for those participants in the special operation who are now on the front line. This point will open on May 15th. and in the Chelyabinsk branch of the academy.

All details about testing locations and stages of selection of program participants can be found on the website. There you can immediately select the date, time and place of testing. A serviceman will be able to take the test, for example, during vacation time.

“To govern the country, it is necessary to attract those people for whom the country is important, for whom the defense of the Motherland and Fatherland is not an empty phrase. I am not indifferent to what will happen in the country next» – the fighter shared his opinion about the program Edward which has already passed the selection test.
