In Voronezh, kindergarten No. 33 at 65 Lenina Street will be closed for the duration of the major renovation, the press service of the city administration told the Obozrevatel.Vrn correspondent on Thursday, April 25.
The day before it became known about plans to renovate a two-story preschool building in the Central District for 50 million rubles. The work will be financed from the city budget as part of the implementation of the municipal program “Development of Education”.
Kindergarten No. 33 has been operating for more than half a century – since 1972. Now there are 11 groups in which almost 400 children attend.
– All pupils, in agreement with their parents, will be redistributed to kindergartens in the Central District. Which ones will become known closer to the start of repairs, including following a discussion of this issue with parents, the mayor’s office clarified.
And they added that more accurate data on dates will become known after summing up the results of the tender and concluding a contract with the contractor.
We would like to remind you that the results of the electronic auction for the overhaul of a preschool institution will be summed up in the short working week on the eve of Victory Day – May 7. Work should begin on June 10 and be completed by August 15, 2024.
The winning bidder will have to dismantle outdated structures and remove debris, then repair the façade of the building, carry out interior decoration, as well as update utility networks, power supply systems, entrances, flights of stairs, doorways and blind areas.
