The Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee for the Volgograd Region is investigating a criminal case of an attack on a 43-year-old resident of Volgograd who took part in a special operation. On the night of March 31 to April 1 this year, a group of people stole a mobile phone and a bank card from a serviceman on Krasnopolyanskaya Street.

“Subsequently, funds in the amount of more than 3 million rubles were withdrawn from the bank card,” the investigator said.

So far, the identity of only one of the criminals is known. This is a 16-year-old resident of Volgograd: today, April 25, the Dzerzhinsky District Court of Volgograd sent the teenager under arrest to a pre-trial detention center until June 18 inclusive. The remaining participants in the attack are being identified.
