Nizhny Novgorod entrepreneurs can assess their satisfaction with the quality of telecommunications services in the region. The survey is taking place on the investment portal of the Nizhny Novgorod region.

Entrepreneurs operating in the region with a confirmed account on State Services can take part in the survey. To do this, you need to fill out a form where you need to indicate your organization’s details, full name and contact information.

“We ask entrepreneurs to tell us about the stop factors that, in their opinion, hinder the improvement of the quality of telecommunications services in the Nizhny Novgorod region. We also ask you to share your wishes and suggestions for improving the quality of services. The data allows operators to make decisions about changes in their work or maintaining existing conditions,” said Alexander Sinelobov, Minister of Digital Development and Communications of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.

The survey is conducted on an ongoing basis. A summary of the voting results will be published once a quarter.

The national project is being implemented on the initiative of Russian President Vladimir Putin; it includes seven federal projects: “Regulation of the digital environment”, “Information infrastructure”, “Personnel for the digital economy”, “Information security”, “Digital technologies”, “Digital public administration” and “Artificial Intelligence”.
