A foreign citizen will be expelled from Russia by decision of the Velikoluksky District Court, PAI was told in the joint press service of the courts of the Pskov region

The court found that the citizen of Tajikistan was in Russia without documents confirming the right to stay in the country.

The Velikoluksky District Court sentenced the foreigner to an administrative fine in the amount of 2,000 rubles with deportation from Russia. Until forced expulsion, the foreign citizen will be kept in a special institution of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs.
