The UGMS predicts that the head of the ice drift will approach the regional capital tomorrow, but it may be late.

Large bodies of ice are driven by particularly strong currents, so even traveling by airboat is not safe these days. It is prohibited to enter the river on any vessels, including tugboats.

The administration of Arkhangelsk asks residents of the island territories to plan their affairs taking into account this forecast and reminds that during ice drift interruptions in the operation of crossings are inevitable and hovercraft travel is impossible.

It is best not to move anywhere and wait out these days on your island, stocking up on everything you need.

Information about the operation of tugs can be found by calling the dispatch service at 8 (8182) 47-48-05.
