The Ryazan bus fleet will soon be replenished with 17 new large class buses. The governor of the Ryazan region, Pavel Malkov, announced this on Wednesday, April 24, during a direct line.
The head of the region emphasized that Ryazan’s public transport fleet has been seriously updated over the past few years.
“We are now exploring the possibility of participating in the federal program for the development of electric transport in order to continue to update trolleybuses and contact lines,” Malkov noted.
The governor also said that the regional government is considering the possibility of purchasing special equipment for servicing and repairing trolleybus contact lines.
