Kursk businessman Anton Tyapochkin’s preventive measure was replaced with house arrest

Today the preventive measure for Anton Tyapochkin was revised. The case on appeal was considered by the Oryol Regional Court.

The decision of the Kromsky District Court to select a preventive measure in the form of detention was cancelled. The man was placed under house arrest.

For those who are not aware: an entrepreneur was arrested in Orel on suspicion of fraud of 1.9 million rubles while performing work for municipal needs at one of the facilities.

After the arrest of Anton Tyapochkin, several contracts with his company “Kvarta-L” were immediately terminated.
