About exploits and people: The Knowledge Society presented films about cities of labor valor at the Russia Exhibition

New films from the country’s main educational organization tell about Russian cities that were awarded the title “City of Labor Valor.” Thanks to the documentary series “Forge of Effective Personnel. New Shift” viewers will learn not only about the heroic deeds at plants and factories during the Great Patriotic War, but also see how these enterprises operate today, and most importantly, get acquainted with people who, with their hard work, help our country every day to achieve technological sovereignty. Among the first “heroes” of the films are Nizhny Novgorod and Novosibirsk.

These films personify the fortitude and creative work of workers who tirelessly put their souls into their work. We are convinced that their dedication and diligence should serve as a model and source of inspiration for us. It is especially important that the younger generation perceives them as an example of hard work, perseverance and self-confidence. Thanks to their efforts, cities prosper, industry grows stronger, and life takes on new colors and levels of comfort.

In total, the Knowledge Society and the Foundation for the Development of Production Systems and Industrial Tourism will release six films. In the near future, episodes about Ufa, Kemerovo and Kazan will be released. In addition, another episode of the series will be devoted to career guidance and career opportunities in Russia for young professionals. During communication with the audience during the presentation, the chief director of the Knowledge Society Oleg Chervonyak revealed what the core value of new films really is.
