“The city creates a favorable environment for the development of the intellectual and creative potential of Muscovites of different ages. Schools, kindergartens, leisure centers and regional branches of veterans’ councils provide more comfortable conditions for activities. Since the beginning of 2024, such organizations have received 23 real estate properties with a total area of 81.06 thousand . square meters,” said Efimov, quoted by the press service of the complex of urban planning policy and capital construction.
The capital transferred premises and buildings in nine administrative districts to organizations with the right of operational management, the press service clarified.
“Among the transferred buildings are two schools. One of them, with an area of 17.64 thousand square meters, is designed for 1,100 students. It is located in the Molzhaninovsky district in the north of the capital. The second is located in the Moskvorechye-Saburovo area in the south of the city, its area is 17.21 thousand square meters. The educational institution is designed for 900 places,” the press service quotes the head of the capital’s city property department, Maxim Gaman.
The buildings are the largest pieces of real estate received by organizations in the first quarter of this year, he added.
