On April 28, an art exhibition will open in the Tver Herzen Library, on Tverskoy Prospekt, in glass cubes, which some bohemians call glass wells.

The exhibition, called “Tver Graphics at the Turn of the Century,” will feature graphic works by twenty Tver artists. Each of them has their own style, their own scale, but they are all well-known professional craftsmen.

These are: Lyudmila Yuga, Victoria Voevodina, Vladimir Varlamov, Alexey Perfilyev, Elena Degtyareva, Alexey Alekseev, Yuri Kugach, Mikhail Marshumov, Nadezhda Maykova (Val), Vladimir Kremlev, Boris Fedorov, Vladimir Dmitriev, Gennady Klyushin, Galina Kamardina, Gennady Orelikov, Alexander Kotov, Konstantin Fedorov, Valery Kurochkin, Igor Gusev, German Zaitsev.

The exhibition does not give a comprehensive picture of Tver graphics, but everything you will see refers to the best examples of graphic art created in the Upper Volga region at the turn of the century.
