He did this in order to provide certificates to the employer and the administration of the educational institution where his daughter studied.

According to investigators, starting in 2021, a Vologda resident purchased vaccination certificates through an intermediary for a bribe without actually going through the procedure. The bribe amount is 15 thousand rubles. The intermediary transferred the money to an employee of one of the medical institutions in the Vologda District, who entered false information about the man into the Federal Register of Vaccinated Persons.

The Vologda District Prosecutor’s Office approved an indictment in a criminal case against a 40-year-old resident of the city of Vologda. He is accused of giving a bribe to an official through an intermediary for committing obviously illegal actions.

Criminal cases against the intermediary and an employee of a medical institution have been separated into separate proceedings and are currently being investigated.
