Lipetsk Multisports Children’s League took second place in the popular vote of the “You’re in the Game” competition

The results of the fourth season of the All-Russian competition of sports projects “You’re in the Game” were summed up on April 25 in the lecture hall of the Russian Society “Knowledge” at the International Exhibition and Forum “Russia”. The Lipetsk Multisports League project took an honorable second place in the popular vote among the semi-finalists. The authors of the league were awarded a certificate for one of the short-term offline courses of the Russian International Olympic University.

“The Lipetsk residents like this project, and now it has been appreciated at the all-Russian level. I am glad that our region not only initiates such projects, but also undertakes their implementation and scaling. Soon, for example, we will have a family multi-league,” commented the governor of the Lipetsk region, Igor Artamonov.

The award ceremony was attended by Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Dmitry Chernyshenko, Minister of Sports of the Russian Federation Oleg Matytsin and General Director of the ANO National Priorities Sofia Malyavina.

The All-Russian competition of sports projects “You’re in the Game” is aimed at identifying and supporting creative sports initiatives that meet the goals of the federal project “Sport is the norm of life” of the national project “Demography”. Over four seasons, the “You’re in the Game” competition received more than 16 thousand applications from all over the country. The authors of 5,060 projects took part in the fourth season.
