A senior sailor soldier was convicted in the Gadzhievsky Military Court.
During the conflict, a man struck a woman working in one of the cafes in Gadzhievo in the face with his hand and threw a chair at her.
– When the establishment was closing, I tried to start a conversation with the victim, but she politely asked G., due to the end of working hours, to leave the cafe premises. Being dissatisfied with this answer, he struck A. with a strong blow to the cheek, and after she hid behind the bar counter, he began to throw furniture, overturned the bar counter and threw a wooden chair at A.’s head, the press service of the court said.
By the decision of the judge of the Gadzhievsky Garrison Military Court, the proceedings on the case of an administrative offense were transferred to the military investigative department.
