During the May holidays in the regional capital, public transport will change and restrictions will apply to personal transport.
So, during the period from May 1 to May 12 Stopping and parking will be prohibited in the parking lot on Lenin Square, which was built instead of the old parking lot on Soyuznaya Street.
May 1 and 3 There will be a rehearsal for the Victory Parade, which is why the movement of all transport will be limited and stopping will be prohibited from 00:00 to 22:00:
- on Lenin Square on Mendeleevskaya Street during from 17:00 to 22:00
From 7 pm to 10 pm Traffic will be limited in the following areas:

5 May There will be a dress rehearsal for the parade, which is why the following restrictions will apply in the city:
- From 00:00 to 13:00 Stopping and parking are prohibited. The movement of all types of vehicles is limited:
- from 06:00 to 13:00 on Lenin Square and along Mendeleevskaya Street;
- from 09:00 to 13:00 along the indicated sections: along Lenin Avenue from Sovetskaya Street to Pushkinskaya Street, along Pushkinskaya Street from Koletvinova Street to Leiteizen Street, along Leiteizen Street, along Mosin Street from Leiteizen Street to Sovetskaya Street, along Koletvinova Street from Pushkinskaya Street to Staronikitskaya Street, and along Staronikitskaya street from Koletvinova street to Sovetskaya street.
May 8 Due to the event at the Tula Drama Theater, stopping, parking and traffic movement along Pushkinskaya Street from Lenin Avenue to Fr. Engels is prohibited from 00:00 to 15:00.
9th May Due to the parade, stopping and parking is prohibited from 00:00 to 10:00 on Victory Square, and traffic will also be limited from 6:00 to 10:00 on the streets according to the scheme:
