Russian President Vladimir Putin supported the idea of consolidating the rights and powers of employers. This became known from the speech of the head of state at the congress of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.
“This, of course, can and should be supported. This is especially true at the regional level,” Putin answered the question about consolidating the rights and powers of employers. The event is broadcast on the Rossiya 24 TV channel.
Putin explained that similar practices exist in “the leading economies of Europe.” There, according to him, the law stipulates compulsory membership in trade union organizations.
