“Notebook Voronezh” invited city residents to rate the work of Mayor Vadim Kstenin in 2023.
Despite the fact that it is April, the readers were asked for a reason. After all, on April 24, Vadim Yuryevich reported to his voters, but not to Voronezh residents, but to deputies.
