These sawn stumps are all that remains of the dry tree. The other day it fell on a power line. A little more and the branches would have cut the wires, and this could have led to a short circuit. But the employees of the energy supply company solved the problem and cut down the dead wood. But literally a few meters away in the same yard there are several more dangerous trees. They don’t threaten the wires, but they do threaten residents and their cars. And no one is in a hurry to cut them down.

By law, either the municipality or the management company is responsible for any green spaces within the city. It all depends on whose territory the trees grow on. These dead woods are located in the local area, which means that the management company must control them. According to residents, it was the utility workers who turned to them. But the management company Magistral did not have a single application for cutting down dead trees.

In order to cut down dangerous trees in your yard, you need to follow a clear algorithm. First you need to identify the owners of the land, then send them official letters with a request for pruning or sawing. Documents must be drawn up in free form in two copies at once. And in the application itself, be sure to specify which plantings require attention.

By the way, unauthorized felling or sawing is considered illegal. For such arbitrariness, a person faces an administrative fine of up to 4 thousand rubles. Therefore, Tula residents are advised to still contact official authorities: the administration or utility companies.
