Vologda resident Alexandra Vasilievna Kriulina celebrated her 100th birthday

The head of the Vologda district, Igor Bykov, congratulated the hero of the day on the holiday.

In the first years of the Great Patriotic War, Alexandra Vasilievna dug trenches near Leningrad. Then she worked at a fuel warehouse in Vologda.

After the war she worked on a collective farm. For the last 15 years before retirement she worked as a postman.

“I talked with Alexandra Vasilievna. She feels good and looks great. Our veterans are strong! I thanked Alexandra Vasilievna for her work, perseverance and example of love for life. I wished you health and energy. We agreed to celebrate our 101st birthday together next year!” shared the head of the Vologda District Igor Bykov.
