“It’s clear that the water has receded.” I believe that we organized this work at a high level through joint efforts. There were specific issues that were resolved promptly. The most important thing is that the livelihoods of citizens were not disrupted, and all difficulties that arose were promptly dealt with,” Anna Roslyakova emphasized.
The agenda also included the issue of preparation for the summer health campaign of the current year.
The first deputy chairman of the government noted that the first arrivals at the camps will begin on May 26. The priority is to ensure the safety of children in them.
Minister of Education Olga Shchetinkina explained that three hundred and ninety-seven camps will operate in the region this season, where more than twenty-six thousand schoolchildren will be able to relax and improve their health.
The meeting participants also discussed the results of last year’s swimming season and the progress of preparing beaches for the current year’s swimming season.
“We remember that our principle is not to ban swimming everywhere, but to create conditions for our citizens and equip places for swimming,” Anna Roslyakova emphasized. – Last year we had experience in those municipalities where, due to natural reasons, it is not possible to organize beaches, intermunicipal agreements were concluded. I ask you to apply this experience this year and equip the beaches through the joint efforts of municipalities.
The meeting also discussed measures of social support for large families and families in difficult life situations, aimed at ensuring fire safety in their places of residence.
