Another conflict between visitors and a fast food employee occurred in Omsk. This time, a customer and a cashier got into trouble at the Rostix cafe at Herzen 19. According to allegations on social networks, the quarrel was started by the customer “over the temperature of the water that was given to her for free.”

Judging by the video published in the VK group “Omsk Live”, a woman with a tray made a complaint to the employee, while she screamed and expressed herself at him, then she threw a notepad at him, and then a glass of drink, after which he also threw another drink in her direction. The woman continued to scream and insult the staff. She also began to demand that the police be called, accusing the cashier of throwing hot coffee at her, and then throwing the entire tray of food given to her behind the counter, stated “New Omsk”.

Rostics Customer-Service commented on social networks, saying that it had begun an investigation into this case.

“We do not tolerate any form of aggression or violence and take this incident very seriously. This situation is completely unacceptable and we regret this incident. A detailed investigation into this case is currently underway,” – the company said.
