Mansur Masuev was born in Grozny into the family of an Interior Ministry officer. At the age of seven, the future hero moved to Yaroslavl, graduated from school, and then from the Military University. A. Nevsky Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

Mansour served in Syria as a military translator. He had the combat rank of captain. As his relatives recall, he was always ready to help, was distinguished by his responsiveness, kindness and honesty.

He was one of the first to go to the Northern Military District. On March 8, 2022, he died while performing a combat mission. Posthumously awarded the Order of Courage and the medal “For Military Distinction”

An auditorium at the university where he studied was named in honor of Mansur Masuev. And a memorial plaque was unveiled at his school.

The fighter’s parents receive all the required federal and regional support measures. The foundation’s social coordinators regularly support the family and visit them.
