Rostov region, April 25, 2024. DON24.RU. The first “Factory of Agricultural Processes” in the Don began work in the Morozovsky district.
It was opened on the basis of the Vishnevskoye enterprise in Vishnevka, the Innovation Agency of the Rostov Region reported.
The training program, or rather a business game, was created by experts from the Regional Competence Center for participants in the Labor Productivity national project.
“The factory’s task is to teach villagers to use lean production tools and assess the degree of their impact on operational and financial performance,” said the Don Innovation Agency.
Farm employees were asked to optimize the sowing process in their familiar roles as machine operators, drivers, accountants, and agronomists.
At the same time, they had to choose a profession different from their own in order to better know the work of their colleagues. And get a more complete picture of what is happening in the enterprise as a whole.
As the organizers said, in the first part of the business game, the factory enterprise operated at a loss. And in the second, they applied lean manufacturing tools and received significant profits without investing a single ruble, but only by organizing the work differently.
“Agricultural Process Factory” is more visual and productive for people associated with the agro-industrial complex. There are no initial questions: why do we need this? Everything we know is familiar, the problems are understandable, and the solutions are applicable to real life. This is a big advantage,” says Valery Sinyavtsev, General Director of Vishnevskoye CJSC.
He also said that last year the company opened a seed line, which is now being developed. And he expressed hope that participation in the national project will help this.
“The lean theory fits well into our practice, we see opportunities for improvement,” Valery Sinyavtsev is convinced.
The Vishnevskoye farm is part of the RZ Agro group of companies. It, like three other farms of this holding – “Donskoye”, “Krasnaya Zvezda” and the Stud Farm named after the First Cavalry Army”, was included in the number of participants in the national project.
In total, 11 Don agricultural enterprises participate in the national project “Labor Productivity”.

Let us add, “Process Factory” is a training and production site for the use of lean manufacturing tools.
The first factory on the Don was opened in 2019.
Now there are four operating in the region: “Production Process Factory”, “Office Process Factory”, “Construction Process Factory” and “Agricultural Process Factory”.
In total, during this time, more than 1,500 employees of Don enterprises – participants in the national project “Labor Productivity” – were trained.
