At the end of 2023, A101 Group occupied almost 10% of the residential real estate market in Moscow. This is evidenced by the Group’s statistics, which take into account all projects within the boundaries of the Moscow Ring Road, as well as in the Troitsky and Novomoskovsky districts.
“In total, more than 108 thousand apartments were sold in Moscow last year, of which more than 10.5 thousand were in the projects of the A101 Group of Companies. Thus, the Group’s market share in 2023 was 9.8%. In fact, every tenth apartment in Moscow was purchased from us,” said Anna Boim, commercial director of A101 Group of Companies.
In total, in 2023, 79.3 thousand apartments were sold in new buildings within the Moscow Ring Road, and 29.3 thousand in TiNAO. At the same time, in the A101 Group projects in the same locations, 844 apartments were sold in the House on Sorge project and 9.7 thousand apartments in the Prokshino, Scandinavia, Buninsky Quarters, Zen Quarters, Desnarechye and Rodnye Quarters projects.
“Thus, the A101 Group of Companies has occupied about a third of the housing market in New Moscow,” notes Anna Boim.
