Novgorod SVO participants are offered to become part of the “Time of Heroes” project. This is a project for the formation of management personnel for the country from among the participants of the SVO.

To be included in the program, participants must pass an online test that will determine a person’s management potential. Participants in the Leaders of Russia competition have been taking such tests for 7 years now. At the next stage, the fighters will receive training.
On May 15, a testing point will begin operating in Veliky Novgorod on the basis of the Novgorod branch of RANEPA. Other addresses of testing points and registration procedures can be found in your personal accounts on the project website.
Let us add that yesterday the first member of the SVO became the head of a Russian municipality. In the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug, deputies of the Berezovsky District Duma unanimously voted to appoint Ruslan Alexandrov, a veteran of the Northern Military District, to the post of head.
By the way, last week the administration of Veliky Novgorod, as a result of a competitive selection, included 11 Novgorodians in the reserve of managerial personnel of the mayor’s office.
