An offer for the sale of a ready-made business appeared on an advertisement website. The resto-pub “9 Yards” is for sale, located in a building on Karl Marx Avenue, where the Atlantis nightclub used to be.
The establishment operated for only 1.5 years. According to the owner, the pub brings good profits, and some checks exceed 300 thousand rubles. The establishment consists of two halls: general and karaoke. All furniture and equipment will remain with the new owner.
The resto-pub is ready to be sold for 10 million rubles with possible bargaining. The owner cites moving to another city as the reason for selling the business.
Previously, the Papa John’s pizzeria on Volochaevskaya Street, 19/1 was put up for sale in Omsk. There is only one point of this brand left in the city. They are ready to part with the business for 10 million rubles.
