In the Ulyanovsk region there is an All-Russian helpline – 8-800-2000-122. It is staffed by highly qualified psychologists who are ready to listen and help in solving difficult situations. The telephone works 24 hours a day, every day.

There is also a hotline “Right Direction” in the region – a service of social coordinators who help seriously ill children and adults receive the necessary medical and social assistance. Specialists will help you pay for medications, treatment, purchase technical rehabilitation equipment, conduct examinations and travel to the place of treatment and accommodation at the time of treatment.
